What We Agree Before Release
You keep your rights
You keep ownership of your master recordings unless we agree something different in writing. I never assume ownership just because I mixed or mastered a track.
Flexible agreements
If the upfront fee is hard to afford, I may accept a reduced upfront fee plus an agreed royalty of 5–10% of master recording income. This must be agreed in writing before release.
No hidden publishing claims
Mixing or mastering does not give me any songwriting or publishing rights. If I contribute creatively to writing, we will agree a split in writing before release.
CrashCoreStudios credited
Every song I mix or master that is released must include “CrashCoreStudios” in the release credits. This applies to streaming services, physical releases and any platform the track appears on, and will be confirmed in writing before release.
