• They may be viewed by members of the public.
• They may be shared or reposted by other people.
• They may potentially be downloaded or copied by third parties.
• CrashCoreStudios cannot control copies subsequently distributed by third parties.
• CrashCoreStudios will take reasonable steps to use the content only for the purposes described in this Agreement.

• I understand that I may contact CrashCoreStudios to withdraw my consent.
• Where reasonably practicable, CrashCoreStudios will consider requests to stop future use of the relevant content and requests to remove previously published content.

• CrashCoreStudios will handle personal information and audio in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the CrashCoreStudios Privacy Policy.
• CrashCoreStudios will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and will not intentionally publish unnecessary sensitive or private personal information alongside audio samples.
• Participants and, where applicable, their parent/guardian may have rights in relation to their personal information under applicable data protection law.

• CrashCoreStudios is committed to protecting the privacy, dignity and safety of all participants, including children and young people.
• CrashCoreStudios will take reasonable steps to ensure that audio samples are used appropriately and for the purposes explained in this Agreement.
• Where a safeguarding concern arises, CrashCoreStudios may restrict, suspend or remove relevant audio samples where appropriate.

• Providing consent for social media, website or promotional use is voluntary.
• A participant may choose not to provide consent for these purposes.
• Choosing “NO – I DO NOT GIVE CONSENT” will not affect the mixing and mastering of the participant's track.

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this entire Audio Sample & Credit Consent Agreement.
• I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the permissions requested.
• I understand that CrashCoreStudios intends to use before and after versions of my audio as samples, and may credit me by name.
• I understand that content may be published publicly online.
• I understand that online content may be viewed, shared, reposted or downloaded by third parties.
• I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian or person with parental responsibility for the participant named on this form.
• I confirm that I have the authority to provide this consent.
• I agree to all applicable sections and permissions that I have selected above.
